Branch Boost with a Quartet of Changes

Europa Road, a division within Europa Worldwide Group, has announced four role changes across its UK branch network, recognising homegrown talent within the business.
This has resulted in four new Branch Managers for Nottingham, Leeds, Sheffield and Birmingham, where the Europa Road teams provide sales and account management for its Europaean road freight services. Combined, this team has more than 16 years of experience with Europa.
Highlighting the leading logistics firm’s growth strategy across its branch ofifce network, the Branch Managers’ roles include a range of responsiblities from driving their teams forward to ensuring each customer consignment is delivered with speed and efficiency.
These appointments, rewarding the talented team who have a combined 16 years with Europa, showcase the company’s ethos and culture – to offer development and support to create opportunities for career progression.
Stuart Mckie becomes Branch Manager in Leeds, which Europa opened just five years ago. With a decade of experience in logistics, Stuart has been with Europa for five years and has the opportunity to lead a team of six with ambitions to grow quickly to 10.
Previously manager at the Leeds office, Nathan Lynn has been selected to head up Europa’s newest branch office in Sheffield, building on his success in forming a new team at a completely new location.
Nathan has a total of nine years of experience in the industry – five of those being with Europa. Currently, Nathan leads a sales team of six, who provide support to a rapidly increasing list of customers across South Yorkshire. With this continued growth, Europa is expecting to double the size of the Sheffield team within the next 12-18 months.
Sally Watson becomes Branch Manager in Birmingham – one of Europa’s largest branches – with a team of 18, having previously managed the Nottingham branch office which opened in 2014. With more than 20 years of multimodal experience within the transport and logistics industry, including four successful years with Europa, Sally is using her skills expertise to lead the growing team, covering the West Midlands area.
Joe Partner has been appointed as Branch Manager at Europa’s Nottingham branch office. Joe has worked within the company for more than two years, having previously worked within the industry for six years. Joe will be helping to lead a team of seven focusing on securing consignments across the East Midlands.
