We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager within our Customer Service team for our brand-new Sheffield branch (S8 0XN). We require an experienced Account Manager to manage a high-profile account!
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in an office based environment managing key customer accounts (£600k+ turnover), meeting deadlines whilst working in a fast-paced environment. Experience within freight forwarding and logistics is desired.
We are looking for a confident, intelligent and driven individual with a passion for delivering a high level of customer service at all times. A problem solver that is commercially savvy, has the ability to multi task and ensure all issues and problems are dealt with in a professional manner. We require someone who is very confident on the phone, strong analytically with an excellent standard of attention to detail – this is critical to this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our brand-new sales branch which has had a fantastic start! We have an amazing team on board and require someone who is pro-active and a team player to be the next addition to this branch.
The hours are Monday to Friday (9am – 5.30pm) and the salary is negotiable depending on the experience and background of the successful candidate.
