Seven dedicated and passionate team members at Europa’s 25,000 pallet storage capacity warehouse in Dartford have been rewarded for their hard work with a stack of promotions.
Seven promotions in our Warehouse team
Dana Martin Luminita, Tatsiana Zahavalka-Brasiene, Roberto Malta, Jenny Medhurst, Nicola Winston, Aleksandra Chilimoniuk and Lianne Cameron have all taken on new roles at Europa’s 25,000 pallet storage capacity warehouse in Dartford.
Dana steps up to Senior Contract Supervisor, Tatsiana has been promoted to Stock Controller and Roberto, who works across all four of Europa’s warehouse facilities, becomes Project Support following a very successful quarter for the business. Jenny, Nicola and Aleksandra all step up into Account Manager roles, with Lianne being promoted to Senior Account Manager.
Dana’s position has been newly created after a new client win while the other promotions follow on from excellent appraisals. Managing up to 110 staff at any one time, Dana joined the business just last year and in a very short time has impressed her manager, Luis Ribeiro, with her flair and passion for logistics. Equally the other six promotions have been offered following outstanding performances and hard work.

“We originally recruited Dana as a stock controller but she immediately wowed us with her dedicated approach to learning as much as she possibly could as fast as she could. Similarly, Tatsiana has demonstrated accuracy and positivity by the bucket load while Roberto has shown a real organisational flair and has been recognised for his hard work too.

Jenny, Nicola, Aleksandra and Lianne are excellent examples of our Account Manager development programmes where we ensure each team member is given the right tools to keep progressing in their careers.”

Europa Worldwide Group recently announced its annual financial results for year ending 31st December 2018, showcasing record turnover and profit – the turnover has increased by 25 per cent to £180m, net profits have risen to £5.2m and net assets have increased to £12m. It has just announced plans to start work on its brand new £60m logistics facility in Corby, Northants which will be completed next year.
