Sales Administrator

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Manchester! You will need an excellent telephone manner and communication skills and be able to proactively deal with service, situations & customers enthusiastically and with confidence.

Responsible For
What you will be doing:
  • Manage a pool of key accounts.
  • Speak with customers daily, dealing with issues and bookings.
  • Receive inbound calls from within the branches client base and managing appropriately or redirecting where necessary.
  • Take details to quote and calculate/conclude prices and communicate back to the customer.
  • Log all customer bookings and updated onto inhouse systems.
  • General administration tasks when required.
Additional Requirements

  • Confident personality with a strong customer service background
  • Attention to detail with a passion for customer service is critical to this role
  • Good time management & communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and to work under pressure of workload is also a necessity.
  • A good head for numbers
