Leonardo provides users with the following features in any Europa Worldwide Group operating location:
Customer portal access to Road, Air and Sea shipments
All sales, operational and financial functions for Road, Air and Sea freight shipments
Warehousing sales, operational and financial functions
Group financial functions
It is intended for authorised users only.
User Obligations
You agree to use Leonardo only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the software.
Privacy policy
Your use of Leonardo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which protects personal information and data collected by the software.
The software and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Europa Worldwide Group and are protected by international copyright, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
User license
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Leonardo for your internal business purposes.
Restrictions
You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or leasing any part of Leonardo, or reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions, or you have our written permission.
Modifications to the software
Europa Worldwide Group reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Leonardo with or without notice.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Leonardo immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.
Governing law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time.
