What’s new?
Delivery Management brings your import delivery information into one simple calendar view. You can view confirmed delivery dates for LCL and air shipments, and book FCL container deliveries directly within MyEuropa.
For FCL containers, the portal shows the available delivery date range, helping you choose a suitable delivery date while avoiding potential additional charges where possible.

How it works
Once logged in to MyEuropa, select Delivery Management from the left-hand menu.
From there, you can view your shipment list and delivery calendar. LCL and air shipments will appear in the calendar once Europa has confirmed the delivery date. FCL containers can be dragged into the calendar on an available date, allowing you to choose a preferred delivery time and add your delivery reference.
The calendar also highlights planned delivery dates and any entries that may carry additional charges, giving you instant visibility at a glance.
