Our charity

Since establishing our Charitable Trust in 1978, Europa Worldwide Group has supported a wide range of community initiatives and good causes. Since 2019, our people have raised over £60,000 for more than 40 UK charities.

To mark our 50th anniversary, we launched our 50:50 match-funding programme. Every team member can raise money for a charity they choose, with Europa matching up to £500. From endurance challenges to community events, our people continue to come together to make a meaningful difference.

Supporting Transaid’s life-saving work

In parts of sub-Saharan Africa, access to safe and reliable transport can mean the difference between life and death. For many communities, reaching healthcare or essential services is a daily challenge.

Since 1998, Transaid has worked to improve road safety and access to transport through practical, lasting solutions. From bicycle ambulances to professional driver training, its programmes strengthen safety standards and connect people to vital services. To date, more than 60,000 drivers have been trained across 10 countries.

Europa Worldwide Group has proudly supported Transaid since 2013, contributing £10,000 to help fund its vital work.

Charities we support

Backing the British Red Cross Ukraine Appeal

The Europa team launched an appeal in support of the British Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal.
As the situation unfolded in Ukraine, we knew we had to act. The British Red Cross continues to provide vital support to people affected in Ukraine and neighbouring countries, and we were proud to stand behind that work.
Thanks to the generosity of colleagues across the business, we raised £8,696.49. Through our Europa 50:50 match-funding scheme, we matched those donations, bringing the total to £17,392.98.

Darent Valley Hospital Project

We’re thrilled to have unveiled a brand-new playground at a children’s hospital ward close to our headquarters in Dartford.

We donated money to purchase new equipment for the playground of Willow Ward at Darent Valley Hospital giving unwell children a much needs safe out door space.
